The session features tastings of multiple varieties, including Kutomatsu Hakushika Koshu 10 years from Tatsuma Honke Shuzo and the barrel-aged sake "Sanji" from RICEWINE SG PTE. LTD, both showcasing at Food Japan 2025. The event will also be joined by representatives from Tatsuuma-Honke Brewing Co., Ltd. and RICEWINE SG PTE. LTD, offering an excellent opportunity to learn about maturation directly from the producers.

Event Speakers : Kanako Takahashi

Born in Japan, J.S.A Sake Diploma International holder, International Japanese Sake lecturer, WSET Level 3 in Sake, in Wine, Academy of Cheese member, and Cheese instructor. Leveraging experience in wine events and Japanese sake education in London, I serve as a communication liaison with Japan, and as a speaker at various events to convey the qualities of different sake brands and products. I am also involved in developing educational programs for Japanese Sake and Shochu.Professional Credentials:
