About this course:

The "INTL Saka-sho/Master Sommelier of Sake" is a title given to experts in the tasting of Japanese sake and shochu.

Moreover, the tasting samples used in training seminars are diverse and extensive. Intensive tasting of these samples helps participants acquire advanced tasting abilities, which can be applied to promotional planning.

The curriculum is comprehensive, covering fundamental training to enhance olfactory and gustatory abilities, as well as the development of skills to discern the characteristics of Japanese sake and shochu through comparative tastings.
